I've tried quite a few protein powders and this one is my favorite by far. It's not all thick and nasty like some out there. It's light, and super tasty as it is. Only 100 calories, no or low sugar and no or low fat (I can't remember). I love to add some cinnamon to it and give it an horchata flavor. Or add some matcha to it and make myself a matcha green tea frappe. I also really like the chocolate one. I also like to mix it into my oatmeal (but don’t mix it straight into hot oatmeal- the powder will chunk! Mix it with a bit of fresh water then add it to you oatmeal.)
