Good quality and easy to use. You can cut out the dough circles with the bottom of the dumpling/empanada/calzone maker. Other items had a seperate mat and cookie cutters, but these are all in one. I love the range of sizes. The largest is the perfect size for calzones. The smallest is the perfect size for wonton. The most difficult aspect is figuring out the perfect amount of filling to put in them. But you get to eat your delicious mistakes, so experiment away. Very happy with my purchase.
